How do the sizes run?
Apparel runs true to size. 100% cotton apparel will shrink to true size after a couple washes and tumbles in the dryer. Please check each item page for specific sizing and fit information. Size dimension estimates in this sizing chart are pre-washing & pre-drying.

Youth XS (~3-4 year olds), items measure 12" armpit to armpit, 18" body length
Youth XL (~13 year olds), items measure 20" armpit to armpit, 26" body length

Standard Shipping - USPS First Class or Priority Mail can take 2-7 days to arrive
Premium Shipping - USPS Priority Mail can take 1-3 days to arrive
Express Shipping - Guaranteed next or second-day delivery from time of shipping. Signature confirmation is required.

How are shipping costs determined?
Shipping is calculated by weight and your shipping address. During the checkout process, you will be see the exact shipping cost before you are asked to enter any payment information.
When will my order ship out?
We do our best to process and ship out asap, usually within a few business days processing and production time. During the initial launch, this can be slightly extended so please bear with us.

Can I return or exchange an order?
No, we do not accept returns or exchanges. The return policy terms linked here do not apply.
What if my order arrived damaged?
We'll fix it! Contact customer service asap - submit a ticket here 24/7 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, which item(s) are damaged, and the color on the top right hand side of your packing slip. We will send a replacement immediately with a return label so you can send us back the damaged item without any additional shipping costs.
